Stiles and Rail Construction: Our stiles and rails are typically constructed with a ¼'' veneer to allow for better finish absorbtion and durability against nicks and abrasions. Our stave core construction provides the strongest warp resistant stiles and rails. Stave core increases the torsional stability and resistance to bow and warp of the door, while retaining the traditional solid wood look and feel.

Panel Construction: We use double panel technology which virtually eliminates cracking panels. Our panels float freely within the stile and rails which provide for independent movement of wood surfaces. Floating panels allow expansion and contraction to take place when wood is exposed to different humidity and temperature conditions.
