Wood Wonders LLC General Limited Lifetime Warranty
Note: This general limited lifetime warranty does not apply to Wood Wonders LLC manufactured doors and cabinets, which are warranted separately.
Wood Wonders, LLC warrants to you, the original purchaser, that Wood Wonders LLC custom wood products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for your lifetime as long as you own the product. This warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. No one other than Wood Wonders LLC has the authority to change this warranty.
Wood Wonders LLC, at its option, may elect to repair or replace any defective Wood Wonders LLC product covered by this warranty. To obtain performance under this warranty, report in writing, to:

Claims should detail the date of purchase, the nature of the problem, and the name, address, and telephone number of the person making the warranty claim. Wood Wonders LLC reserves the right and must be given at least a thirty (30) day opportunity to have any product which is subject of a warranty claim field inspected by a Wood Wonders LLC representative.
This warranty does not cover the natural aging and darkening of wood color or the inherent growth characteristics of wood. This warranty does not apply to products that are purchased without a finish. This warranty does not cover damages or defects relating to misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, alterations, exposure to the elements, acts of God, improper assembly, disassembly, improper installation, storage or handling.
